HREC Awarded Certification of Community Legal Service Quality Mark
Haringey REC is proud to announce that we have been awarded our continuation certification of The Community Legal Service (CLS) Quality Mark for General Help and Casework, with NO Corrective Actions.
The Audit Report cited areas of good practice including Access to Service, People Management, Running The Service and Meeting Clients' needs.
In his report the Auditor stated " Haringey Race and Equality Council prides itself on being responsive to the needs of the community it serves, as demonstarted by the repeat contact sought by its client base. There was a palable sense of mission and of confidence in the worthwhile nature of the service being provided." and " Having carried out the audit process rigorously in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Quality Mark Standard, and The Assessment Network, I am satisfied beyond any doubt that the organisation continues to meet the requirements of the Legal Services Commission's Quality Mark Standard"
